An audition of young girls at the border of childhood evokes the memory of one girl who died at that age.  Each auditioning girl holds the promise of a life still unfolding, as we are drawn ever deeper into the hidden landscapes of the long-lost child.  A wistful tribute to the potential and mystery inherent in every life.

REVIEWS

"At last, here is a film that doesn't fetishize the little girl, but simply understands her and stands witness to human potential."
– Movie Maker Magazine

"Brzeski deftly weaves together glimpses of these living girls and the memory of one who has passed away, and in the process makes a film that's quite stunning."
